We want this unsteady weight because of the increase effort your muscles will have to endure to move the bag around, but why is this important? You can lift lighter weights and still achieve the same results and muscle fatigue as you would lifting heavier weights with traditional free weight exercises. For example, if you could shoulder press 25kg with a barbell, you wouldnt be able to replicate the same number of sets and reps with a 25kg sand bag because your muscles will be working harder to keep the weight stabilized throughout the motion. The more muscles recruited, the faster the fatigue sets it but the better the workout becomes. You might only be able to manage 20kg with your sandbag weight to get the same number of sets and reps.
If you are going out of the country, the better thing to do is to buy clothes from the street, instead of packing that luxurious, branded stuff. They can be worn and dumped, and need not be brought back. Carry instant ready to eat food this will save your time and you will get more fun instead of arranging something to eat. Pack your bag neatly; things will occupy less space then.
Dont Forget RFID - Dont forget that you need the RFID, the card blocking equipment to protect you from card theft and other electronic ID theft. Passports are the major target for these tech-savvy criminals, so it is good investing in a RFID blocking travel wallet to keep your identity and data secure. Travelers need to be vigilant, use their commons sense and always stay protected when you visit. Choosing the right anti-theft backpack is a major part of this.
